BIG BEACH Play Party on Saturday 27th of Feb 2010!

Mooloolaba Beach, Under Loo With a View, Mooloolaba Esplanade.

 

The Play team and Play friends had a BALL at the Big Beach Day! Volley ball and grid iron on the beach and then a refreshing swim in the crystal clear ocean together to cool off after running around laughing till our sides hurt for 2 hours!! We then enjoyed a beautiful breakfast together at Raw Energy!! We had so much fun, loads of laughs, enjoyed the sea and sunshine..and a little bit of rain drops too!

It was a FANTASTIC way to have fun outdoors with a great bunch of people. Thanks so much to those who came along and look forward to next time with you all!!!

Christmas Teamplay Morning!  

This was the final Play Teamplay of 2009! It was the silly season’s super Play day!

Incorporating games, fitness, fun and Christmas surprises which Santa was jolly about!

 

Play Christmas Party 2009

Play Christmas Party 12th of Dec from 9am – 2pm!

The Play Family celebrated 2009, a year of good health, a year of fun and a year of fitness!

A 20+ strong Play Family walked the beautiful Noosa National Park, up to hells gate, admiring the views and celebrating a year of success, growth and happiness.

A shared moment of celebration was had when the question was asked “What was the best part of 2009”. A profound answer from Woz – To be alive – making an impact on the whole group. Congratulations to Woz for making the 6km round journey after only 12months ago being in a serious accident which nearly took his life and has left him with a long journey of rehabilitation. You inspire us all.

Everyone was quoted saying how much they loved meeting, making and enjoying time with new Play friends.
After walking back down form hells gate with high spirits we then indulged in a refreshing swim at tea tree bay, playing in the water, catching waves and having teams on shoulders water competitions.
After all that exercise we enjoyed a fantastic rewarding lunch at Zachary’s!

Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a special Christmas celebration.

 


 

Play Pitch N Putt Golf Day

A beautiful sunny Sunday and we were out on Noosa’s Par 3 Course ready to take on 9 holes of hardcore golf!

After many water hazards, geese, sand hazards and trees we made it through with a lot of laughs and fun along the way!

Ben had fun showing us his exploding gimmick golf ball! Gez and Noni won the best worst golf dress competition with crazy hats, knee high socks, pink vests and checkered pants galore! 

It was a beautiful way to spend a Sunday.

 


Play Bowling Day

We got our best foot forward and got ready to PLAY!
A fantastic night of laughs, glow in the dark disco lights and bowling shoe slide dance offs. A great turn out of Play mates we took up a whole 3 lanes! 

Out of the two games that were played, Matt won both by a mile! He won a family pass which he kindly gave to Brenda and her little ones Teags and Haydo!

A big thanks to all the amazing Play Mates who came along. Great fun was had by all and it was a great way to spend time with each other!

 

 



Think Pink Mothers Day Classic 2009 Charity Walk

The Play team and Play mates supported the Mothers Day Classic Breast Cancer Charity walk held in South Bank, Brisbane.

Thanks to everyone who travelled from the Sunshine Coast to take part and help out for a very special cause.

Pink Play Shirts were worn with pride along the 5km walk as we paid tribute to all that have been touched by breast cancer.

Play team’s intention of the walk was to celebrate life together, to encourage a healthy life style as way of prevention and to raise funds to find a cure.

A beautiful morning of hope, health and thankfulness for the gift of life which we often take for granted.

 

 

First Play Event

 

Our first ever Play Event was an amazing day held at Mooloolaba beach! It was a day filled with great laughs and good times! After a morning of playing beach volley ball and beach cricket everyone enjoyed the mouth watering big beach BBQ!

We were having so much fun playing the games on the beach people who had gone to the beach for a swim came up to us wanting to play and so they all joined in too!

It was a great way to start the Play Party events!

 

 

Play Christmas Party 2008

Christmas time, a time for sharing, caring, giving and of course CLIMBING! The motivated and enthusiastic Play team and some very energetic clients woke at the crack of dawn on the most spectacular Saturday morning to venture outdoors and climb the breath taking Mount Coolum.

After lots of laughs, heart’s pumping after scrambling up and over the rocks and with beads of sweat trickling down our backs we made it to the top. We all stood at the top admiring the views and gazing in amazement at the stunning ocean shoreline that stretches for hundreds of km's, it begged us to dive into its salty refreshing waves... and that is exactly what we did!

After a few happy snaps and some group photos we all raced down the mountain and headed to Coolum Beach for a mouth watering breakfast BBQ and a cooling dip in the crystal clear ocean.

An amazing morning enjoyed by all and we are looking forward to hosting a wide range of Play events with fantastic turn outs in the future.

Thank you for all who made it to the Christmas climb, we loved that you came and shared such a beautiful morning with us at such a special time of year! With the sensational NEW Play studio in full gear, 2009 is shaping up to be the fittest, strongest year yet.
