Any one, at any fitness level can take part in Play’s Teamplay.

Teamplay is about getting fit, active and having heaps of fun.

When: TEAM PLAY starts on Wednesday 15th September 2010 untill Friday 19th November 2010 for an amazing 10 week Challenge to get every one fit, lean , strong, healthy and happy for summer!

What: Fun group outdoor fitness focused on leaning, toning and shaping happy healthy bodies.

Where: Point Cartwright Hill, Point Cartwright Dr. 

Bring: Yourself! Water and a towel! Positivity and a smile!!

How much? $297 for twice a week for 10 wks, $20 casually, $170 one a week for 10 weeks.
