One on One Complementary Session

One on one consultations are the best way to get started on your health and fitness journey!

You will be guided through goal setting so you can pinpoint precisely what you want to achieve. You will have an introduction to nutrition and mindset and have a health (blood pressure) and body composition test (Body weight, body fat, muscle, metabolic age, water and visceral fat). You’ll have an interactive and fun warm up, excellent full body work out and stretch and massage to finish!

Play has 6 trainers, 5 male and 1 female all at various levels so you have the choice of gender, experience and investment. Check out our Play Team Profiles and pick your trainer!
